Very nice, rustic apartment house Górski Dworek, built in 2005, 100 m from the ski-run. Parking, in the grounds. This traditional wooden mountain cottage with a shingle roof houses 5 modern apartments furnished for your comfort. The house is located on a southern slope, on a large (5000 sq. m) lot filled with greenery and boulders, at the summit of Gubalowka (1100 m) with a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains. The lot is surrounded by spruce and larch trees, adding to the privacy of the house. The beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains is unforgettable. The house is located 100 m from the top station of the most modern ski lift in Zakopane. The slopes, skiing school, ski equipment rentals and numerous bars and restaurants make winter sports especially attractive. Hackney rides, cycling and walks along the Gubalowka summit are popular in the summer. Easy access from the downtown of Zakopane by bus or cable car. The tile fireplaces and ash tree furniture made by local carpenters add to the houses unique homely atmosphere. The lot is next to L3450/106c.
Housing: Lena 1, 1-room apartment, practical, comfortable, nice and stylish furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed (140 cm), open fireplace and satellite-TV. Kitchenette (2 hotplates). Shower/WC. Reserved parking by the house. The apartment together with the Lena 2 apartment is situated on the lower ground floor (both apartments can be connected). The heating is automatically controlled; the original tiled stove also provides warmth.
