For shared use: barbecue, childrens playground. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Steep motor access (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking, in the grounds, communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station 4.5 km. Swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables, mountain lift 6 km, skisport facilities 600 m, ski runs 2 km, ski school 600 m.
