Private: grounds 5 ha (fenced), garden with lawn, plants and trees, lawn sunning area, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: billiards table. Parking by the house, individual garage. Shop 500 m, supermarket, restaurant 12 km, bus stop 700 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 12 km, riding stables 3 km. Direct access to the lake (Lake Zyndackie, start of the Krutynia Route) with a private meadow beach and a small island. Floor heating. Very nice view of the lake and the garden. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. 2 additional beds available. Window security blinds.
