Private: grounds 2000 m2 (fenced), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: sauna (extra). Ski storage. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house, individual garage. Grocers, bus stop 3.5 km. Indoor swimming pool 18 km, tennis, ski lift, ski runs 10 km. Please note: car essential. Possibility of sleigh rides, with torches bus to the ski lift (extra). Good start point for mountain excursion, great mountain bike routes - dinners on request (extra). Slovak 18 km. Ski routes 18 km.
Housing: 5-room chalet 210 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable furnishings: open living/dining room 70 m2, with open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave) with dining table, wood burning oven. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds, exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony 3 m2. Terrace 60 m2. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds. Terrace with fireplace/grill/smokehouse. There is no wardrobes in the house. Wood to fireplace for clients disposal. Private water source.
