Private: grounds 1200 m2 (fenced), garden, terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Uneven motor access. Parking by the house. Shop 700 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 700 m, bus stop 600 m. Indoor swimming pool 10 km. Place for playing badmington and volleyball, swing. River Skawa 6 km - possibility of swimming and fishing.
Housing: 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels, partly with sloping ceilings, simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed and TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Small kitchen 7 m2 (4 hotplates). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double sofa bed. Electric heating, oil heating. Facilities: telephone (extra). Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
