Nice detached house, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in the green. For shared use: grounds 5000 m2 (fenced), garden lawn, plants, flowers and trees. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Parking, in the grounds. Shop 500 m, supermarket, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m. Swimming pool 10 km. There is a small holiday cottage in the grounds belonging to the owner. The majority of the grounds comprises large productive fishponds. These are separated by a wire fence. Guests can go fishing and also use the vegetable garden.
Housing: 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall, exit to the garden. Living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace and TV, exit to the terrace.
