For shared use: grounds 5000 m2, meadow 2000 m2, garden furniture, barbecue, childrens playground (swing, sandpit). Private: terrace (10 m2). Steep motor access (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km. Riding stables 5 km, ski lift 500 m. Volleyball court.
Housing: 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, practical, comfortable and rustic furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and radio. (2 hotplates). Shower/WC. Top floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Deck chairs (4). Very nice panoramic view of the valley. Cricket, boccia, badminton and volleyball can be played (locally). Bread roll service (extra). Eggs, milk and vegetables can be purchased. In addition: Open fire - wood free.
