Newly built (2002) big house situated on a south slope, on altitude of 950 m, in a quiet place, near the center, with beautiful view on the Tatra mountains. For joint use: ground of 1400 m2, garden 300 m2 (fenced). Garden furniture, grill, fireplace, childrens playground. Parking spaces by the house. Shop 200 m. Restaurant 300 m. Bar 250 m. In the surrounding area: horse-riding, some ski-lifts (30 m) and slopes of different difficulty (most slopes are lit and with snow cannons), skiing schools, ski and bike rentals. Possible horse-driven sleigh rides (extra). In summer: bathing in a mountain river Bialka (4,5 km). Hiking and cycling trails. Additional information: the owner lives in the same building and is a stained-glass maker. There is a stained-glass workshop where at a reasonable price one can buy unique stained-glass products made in tiffany technology. The owner speaks Russian, English and German.

For guests: living room (70 m2) in the basement - 2 large tables, chairs and benches in country style, TV corner with large sofas, fireplace (burning wood - extra), table tennis, billards (extra - 8 PLN /1 hour). Internet cafe (extra), fitness with training bicycle, skiing simulator etc (free), sauna (extra). Skilocker. Home dinners in the vicinity. In winter - necessary chains for wheels.
