Country residence Borowna - large, wooden house, 750 m2, situated in the landscape park, in a very clean area, in a quiet, sunny place, surrounded by woods and hills. For joint use: fenced grounds 2 ha - garden with lawn, trees and flowers, part of the grounds comprises wood with a steam. Terrace 160 m2, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, place for camp fire, playground. Parking space by the house. Supermarket 4 km. Grocery shop 500 m. Bus stop 800 m. Open air swimming pool 4 km. tennis court 10 km. Half board with regional dishes can be arranged locally at extra charge. For guests: use of swimming pool (12.00 -22.00 hours), billiards, table tennis, TV sat. Available at extra cost: sauna, solarium, fitness. The owner lives in the same house (separate entrance). The owner feeds the fish in the aquarium 1-2 times daily; the aquarium is placed inside the wall between the living room and hall (the owner stands in the hall).Residence Borówna. Exit to a balcony. 2nd wing: 1 room with 2 beds and extra bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with twin beds, bathroom and exit to a balcony. On the same level: gallery with sitting corner, satellite TV, DVD, video. Lower floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen (all together 85 m2) with fireplace. Well equiped kitchen - electric hot plates, dishwasher, microwave oven. On the lowest floor: swimming pool (13 x 5,5 m), games room (billiards, tennis, sitting corner - 70 m2), fitness equipment, additional bathroom with laundry, sauna, solarium, WC. Pets permitted (there are 2 dogs on the ground floor). Instead of an extra childs bed, there is a pull-out armchair with safety rail on the side. The house is adjacent to the owners.
