On the farm there is the possibility of archery, to rent bikes or to play table tennis. Upon request it is also possible to taste the typical Tuscan cuisine. Within a few minutes on can reach supermarkets and all kinds of shops, riding-stable, golf.

Farmhouse wide apartments near Pisa, Tuscany, Italy: The Agriturismo Bramasole & Ginestra is an organic family farm with "3 Spighe" (or Ears) quality farmhouse recognition - the highest recognition of the Region Tuscany for holiday farmhouses that offer accommodation facilities. The farm is located on the hills of Montopoli Val d’Arno, a medieval village in the province of Pisa. Equally distant from the most famous cities of the coast and the inland of Tuscany.
The present farmhouse, with its agricultural out-buildings and the ancient and still well kept and working wood-oven (late ‘700), is surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, acacia trees and mulberry trees, which maintain a fresh and aired environment even during the hot summer months. The farm extends for about 10 hectares and consists of two organic olive-yards, a wood and a plain down the valley. We have created signaled naturalistic paths with information about the existing flora - perfect for relaxing and interesting walks in the typical nature of Tuscany.

Wide park, pool, historic Highlights: A further witness of the ancient origin of the farm is given by the Burraia, an Etruscan tomb (other tombs can be found there around) completely excavated in a tufaceous soil, covered with bricks in 1819 and presently still used as a natural refrigerator. All around the farmhouse, the wide park of about 6,000 sq.mt., is available to the guests and it also offers a park with outdoor games for children. We have two little dogs, some cats, two geese and some other poultry, all of them definitively jolly, affectionate and friendly.
During the last summer 2004 we' ve built a panoramic a swimming pool (11 x 5 x max. 1.40 mt., depuration by salt-system, no chlorine) which is now available in the park from June 01 to September 30.

Surroundings: The Agriturismo Bramasole e Ginestra is situated half way between Pisa and Florence (35 km far each, and it is also in central position amongst the other famous Tuscan cities, like Siena - 75 km, Volterra - 50km, Lucca - 30, San Gimignano -35, Vinci -20, San Miniato - 15) and within the medieval frame of the village called Montopoli Val d’Arno.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

Rates based on 4 persons. Each added person: Euro 100/week. Children under 3 Years old: Gratis.
Arrival Saturday from 4 p.m. on, departure Saturday until 10.30 a.m. Small pets allowed previous agreement. A Caution fee for Euro 250,00 is requested and will be reimbursed at departure.

Included in the price: final cleaning, bed-, bath- and kitchen linen and towels, exclusive kitchen use, cold and warm water, electricity, gas, use of garden tools, swimming pool use (01.06.- 30.09).
Not included in the price: except if agreed differently, are not included heating (2,50 Euro/ apartment/hour, normally used from November to March), use of the washing-machine (10 Euro), mountain bikes, table tennis, bowshot facilities, wood for the fireplace (5 Euro/20Kg), extra beds (as mentioned above). Further cleanings of the apartment with linen and towels change: Euro 70. In case you wish to take your own linen and towels with you, we can apply a cut for Euro 10/person

Payment: for a definite booking, a down payment of 35% of the total should be made through bank or mail. The remaining amount should be paid by cash at the moment of the arrival.
Deposit 250 Euro at the arrival that will be paid back at the moment of the departure.
NOTE: The weeks around Christmas, Easter and Pentecost are considered as high season. The price for the stay around New Year has to be agreed on. Small and middle size animals are only allowed upon request and after the permission of the accommodation.
