A small road leads away from the public roads and enters the farm estate Le Buche and ends at an ancient farmhouse where guests are welcomed. The surrounding valley facing south is a natural oasis offering sunshine all day long. Podere Le Buche is half-way between Florence and Siena, at about 5 km from Barberino Val dELsa, in a natural valley far from traffic noise and other houses. The owners live in one of the 3 apartments; each apartment has its own outside area, but guests are free to roam any part of the property grounds which partially have panoramic views on San Gimignanos towers. Very old farm-house Podere Le Buche, renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows 15 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 20 km from the centre of Certaldo, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, Siena, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, in the green. For shared use: grounds 4 ha, garden, barbecue. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: with TV. Central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 10 km. Swimming pool 10 km, tennis 4 km, golf course 35 km. Iris, the owner, takes car of the rental apartments as if they were her own and she has maintained their ancient charm.
