Old medieval hamlet, birth place of Pietro della Frandeca and famous for the Palio della Balestra (September). From the renovation of a manor house there are now 4 apartments: the owner house and 1 apartment, a house with 2 apartments, the last apartment is nearby the swimming pool, built on the side of the hill (under a large terrace), approx 150 m from the others. The swimming pool has whirlpool and it is in a fantastic position. Ideal for walks and relax. Possible some trekking. Mountain bikes. Farm-house Agriturismo Castiglione, renovated in 2003 42 km from the centre of Arezzo, 100 km from the centre of Siena, 105 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position. For shared use: grounds (fenced), swimming pool with built-in steps (6 x 12 m, depth 160 - 180 cm, 01.05.-01.10.), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Breakfast on request. Parking by the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 4 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.The pool is open from 01.05 to 01.10.
