It enjoys of great privacy because it is located at the first floor of the most ancient site of the villa, with its own private entrance.
You find a very large living room with: 1 double sofa-bed and 1 single armchair-bed, fully equipped kitchenette (4 plates gas, refrigerator, compartment ice, microwave), dining table for 6, TV sat, washing-machine.

* For history-lovers there are many less known small historical towns/villages (Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Citta' di Castello, etc.) with Etruscan tombs, Roman remains and medieval city-centres and for art-lovers there are Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. There are a number of music festivals in the region, including Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July.
