Medieval holiday house in Apricale, Liguria - A spacious, medieval house, refurbished to a very high standard. The house is on three levels (including entrance hall with storage space). One bedroom with one double bed and one single. A living room which also doubles as a bedroom (with a double sofa bed) opening on to two terraces. A very large kitchen and dining room with two balconies which also can be used as a bedroom (double sofa bed). We also have a chair bed which would suit a child. So it sleeps six to eight at present. Gas central heating and cooker fridge and washing machine. Bathroom (with shower) and utility room It has two terraces - one half-covered providing some shade and another large terrace with excellent views over the mountains and valley down to Isolabona which enjoys the sun all the day. (Furniture for the terrace is usable both indoors and outdoors). The house is 5 mins walk from the main Piazza and 2 mins from the road, overlooking mountains, river, hill-top village of Perinaldo and the beautiful village of Isolabona. It is 20 minutes from the Ligurian Coast of Bordighera to San Remo.

Holiday in Apricale, Liguria: Apricale is a little village in Liguria, the region bordering south east France, essentially the Italian Riviera. It is in a mountainous region up north from the coast, with great walking, swimming, cycling and (in winter) skiing opportunities. This is to say nothing of the wonderful cuisine, wine, weather and beautiful scenery all around this part of Italy. Apricale is a very attractive and authentic medieval village perched on a hill overlooking the Nervia valley. Its winding streets, lovely piazza and architecture, beautiful churches and castle make it a very restful place to stay. It is surrounded by other neighbouring villages also perched atop beautiful forested hills with olive groves and vineyards. Five excellent restaurants and a bar in the village.

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday House in Liguria, Italy
Where possible we prefer clients to bring their own bed-linen. If you need us to supply these there will be an extra charge of €50 per rental.
Heating (during the winter months) will be charged separately.
We ask all clients to remove all rubbish before departing and to leave our home as they have found it (including returning furniture to original positions).
