Holiday in Coletta, Liguria: Colletta is ideally located in the heart of Europe, between the mountains and the sea, near to both modern playgrounds and ancient monuments.
The tranquil Pennavaire valley is ideal for walks along wild mountain paths and visits to local restaurants to sample the delicious food of the region. Yet, it is only a short drive to the beaches and night life of the Italian Riviera, the slopes of the Maritime Alps and the many other attractions of the area.

Val Pennavária: Colletta is situated within the unspoilt Pennavaria valley, stretching from the Maritime alps of Piedemont to the historic town of Albenga on the Italian Riviera of Palms. Ancient hillside stone villages are perched on the sunny side of the valley among terraces of olives and cherry trees, facing the rocky peak of Castel Ermo. The local produce keeps the valleys restaurants in excellent supply of ligurian delights. There is excellent walking, often along ancient mule trails as well as climbing and cycling routes. The villages of Nasino, Alto and Caprauna are all worth a visit.

Restaurants in Colletta: In addition to Colletta's own superb Osteria and Telecaffe, there are several other delightful restaurants in the immediate vicinity in the Val Pennavaire, which is roughly the area stretching from Nasino a few kilometres north of Colletta, down to Cisano sul Neva this side of the Autostrada toll. You will find that many restaurants pride themselves on their preparation of traditional Ligurian specialities. The SlowFood movement also has a great influence throughout this area, and many restaurants display the characteristic emblem of the snail. The idea is that you can’t hurry the growth, the preparation or the consumption of food without losing nourishment, flavour and enjoyment. Restaurants are not the only places where you can eat out. There are also many feste and sagre at which you can eat cheaply and well.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

Christmas, New Year Holiday: 1064 Euros/week.
Prices are per apartment per week and include: water, eletricity, bedding and towels changed once a week, underfloor heating (from the second week of September until the end of April) and air conditioning (for the months when heating charges do not apply). Heating and cooling charges range from €2 to €3 per day. Telephone usage is charged separately.
Towels and linen (changed once a week) and cleaning (once a week) are included in the price. An additional towel and linen change can be requested for € 35 per pair. A communal laundry with washing machines/dryers is located close to the apartments and tokens can be purchased in the office or the bar (€1 per token, average of 5 tokens per machine).

A reservation will be held for 48 hours until a deposit of 20% is paid. Full payment is required on arrival. On arrival, a €200 damage deposit must be made in cash. This deposit will be returned to you at checkout.

Arrival: between 12:00 and 17:00 depending on cleaning. Checkout time is 10:00. Please return your keys to the bar. Your damage deposit will be returned at checkout.

Parking - You may park only on the top level of the multilevel carpark adjacent to the village. The piazza at the entrace to the village is only for dropping off and picking up luggage, as is the turning circle at the end of the lower driveway entrance.
