Separated from the manor house that it once served by a large farmyard, Villetta Gardenia is the perfect place for a classic Italian vacation. The beautiful landscape, stretching from the Apuan Alps to the sea, and the vast olive grove surrounding it characterize this beautiful rural house, where you can find privacy and relaxation.
The property is on three floors:
On the ground floor, a former 'Jarden d'hiver' has been converted in to a bright dining room with kitchenette and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, espresso and American coffee maker, toaster and oven. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is attached to the kitchen.
From the dining room, a short outside earthen staircase leads to the sleeping area.
On the first floor there is a romantic double bedroom, an en suite bathroom with shower and a nice terrace with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
A convenient wooden staircase leads to the second double bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower and a beautiful sauna.
The house is tastefully and elegantly furnished, and great attention was given to every details.
In the garden, among seasonal flowers, there is an elegant wooden gazebo with Jacuzzi pool Jacuzzi with hot water.
The villa has a wonderful panorama of the valley and the sea.
