Attractive holiday home making up part of a villa, approximately 2 km from Levanto and the beach. Excellent sea views are offered by the property’s panoramic position and it makes the ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre. Levanto town is famed as the “gatewayö to the Cinque Terre National Park. The holiday home is located in a part of Liguria renowned for the 5 awe-inspiring Cinque Terre towns, on its dizzying position in the cliffs overlooking the sea. This ground floor holiday home measures approximately 80 m2 and is located in the same villa as apartment "Aurora". It is decorated in a homely fashion and part of the house is located in a small building 5 metres away, containing an additional bedroom and bathroom. This separate building is visible on the picture. The property is reached via a 50 m path that leads through the patio area, featuring garden furniture and marvellous sea views. This holiday home is the perfect choice for a sea-side holiday and its terrace offers astounding sea views. This is obviously a perfect base for visiting the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; with their captivating walking routes and wonderful sea views. To reach the Cinque Terre, guests may choose to take the train (the station is a mere 2 km from the apartment). Furthermore, the landlord will provide guests with a “5-Terre cardö, included in the reservation price and valid for one day. With the card, guests can access public transport and walking trails to help them discover the Cinque Terre. They will also receive additional information. This holiday home offers a sun-drenched moment of respite and an opportunity to visit the breathtaking Cinque Terre.
Extras: Guests may also choose to rent a garage in central Levanto. This costs 70 Euro per week from September to June and 90 Euro per week in July and August. Garage fees are to be paid on the premises. Please make any garage reservations at the time of booking.
