New house, built in 2002 like a ‘small village’ just underneath the medioeval village of Tortorella. It offers, beside the main appartment where the owner lives occasionally during the summer months, two small and well equipped, independant holiday appartments. Each appartment offers private, external dining- area and beautiful views over the surrounding landscape with gentle hills down to the seaside at the gulf of Policastro. The property is completely fenced and offers private parking lots inside. The public swimming pool of Tortorella is approx. 300 m away from the house.
Beppe - Studio - approx. 20 m ˛ 2 persons upper floor: independent entrance into living dining-room with cooking - corner and double sleeping-couch, bath with shower/WC. Simple and modern furnish.
