The accommodation is separated only by the main street and a narrow strip with private gardens from the sea (fine flint beach). Furnished, partly covered external areas for private use; parking possibility in front of the house along the road or on a parking lot that lies about 100 m away from the house. Simple, modern furnish. The appartment uses a common entrance with the studio of the owner, that is opened except in August 1 time monthly.
