For shared use: grounds with plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 01.06.-15.09.), outside shower, table tennis, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking, in the grounds. Shop, restaurant, bar 4 km. Sandy beach 3.5 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence. All apartments have a balcony or furnished inner courtyard.The pool is open from 01.06 to 15.09.
