- Concerning weekly bookings, changeover day is Friday. - Midweek bookings are available from Sunday to Friday (minimum stay 3 nights). - 30% of the total amount deposit. - Reservations are confirmed after payment of the deposit is made. - Balance payable 30 days before arrival (payment in Euros please). - Security deposit: Weekly bookings: � 800 Shorter lettings: � 300 Weekend bookings: � 300 The security deposit is required to be paid either by bank transfer, or in cash upon arrival and it shall be refunded at the end of the rental period, less any damages that might be done to the property. - Cancellation Policy: The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date. 30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date. Later cancellations non refundable. - A welcome drink and a basket with season fruits will be served upon your arrival. - Maid service is available 2 hours per day. - Garden is shared with the owners of the house. - English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions.
