Holiday house in Livadi, Aegina Island, Attica - this spacious white and blue holiday house in the quiet Livadi area is a fifteen minute walk to Aegina town and a thirty second walk to the sea. It has three roof areas with spectacular views of the sea and several outdoor areas in which to relax and enjoy a meal. The property contains an olive and pistachio grove, ample space for cars and is completely fenced and gated.
This property is fully-equipped and furnished. It has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own terrace. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one with a shower. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and has a new gas and electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are two entrances to the house, one is upstairs leading into the master bedroom area.
