Villa Geofos is located in beautiful southern Lefkada very close to two of the most famous beaches of Greece, Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki. An ideal spot for romantic relaxation and a private summer holiday. From the courtyard of the house one can enjoy the splendid colors of sunrise and sunset and the starry sky.
This newly built self-catering residence has two levels, constructed traditionally with natural materials and local stone. The two levels communicate with each other via an indoor wooden staircase but both have independent access through the courtyard. All rooms are surrounded by large stone terraces and all have a view to the sea and the islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia as well as a number of smaller islands. By the residence there is a private rectangular swimming-pool and on the private grounds surrounding the villa the sages and thymes grow among the olive trees, the cypresses and other native plants.

Notes: The 4 bedrooms are fully equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes, light fixtures and double beds with mattresses made of natural materials without metals. The furniture is made of oak and pinewood in minimal style.
By the residence there is a rectangular swimming pool measuring 4x10 m, surrounded by a lounge area of 100 sq.m with deck chairs and umbrellas.
In the exterior space the plants and the trees of the region have been maintained. The sages and thymes grow among the olive trees and the cypresses, all protected by the stone walls that mark the terraces. There is also a garden with vines, fig trees and small fruit trees.
The excellent microclimatic conditions of the region, the summer breeze and the local winds, in combination with the orientation of the house and the arrangement of the exterior openings ensure natural cooling even during the hot summer days and render air conditioning unnecessary.
