The luxurious villa Panoramic is located at the southwest side of Corfu island, 22km away from the city of Corfu and the airport, and only 700m from the magnificent sandy beach of Paramonas. At a 2km distance from the villa is the beautiful and picturesque village of Aghios Mattheos, in which you can find 2 super markets, a butcher’s, a post office, some restaurants / taverns and also some cafeterias at the village’s central road. In the Paramonas region, there is a mini-market just 100m away from the villa. You can find four or five restaurants and tavernas on the beach where you can taste fresh fish and traditional local cuisine. Finally, apart from the Paramonas beach, various other beautiful and clean beaches lie close to the villa, such as Kanouli, Prassoudi, Skidi and Halikounas.

It is a luxurious villa with a 65-square-metre swimming pool as well as a private parking area. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen- with a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a small grill etc. The villa has a DVD player, a telephone and fax machine and a computer which provides the possibility of Internet access on ADSL connection. You can also find a washing machine, a dishwasher and a safe. Every single room is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. On the one side of the garden there is a BBQ area equipped with a table and chairs.

Aghios Mattheos - Paramonas
At an approximately 20 km distance from the city of Corfu, at the southwest of the island, lies the region of Aghios Mattheos with the homonymous village. It is an area surrounded by beautiful olive groves. The village of Aghios Mattheos is located at a leeward slope of the “Pantokratoras” mountain, only 10 minutes away from the nearest beach. The village counts about 2,000 permanent inhabitants and disposes many cultural unions, such as Bands, Dance and Theater Groups. In the village there are super markets, grocers’ and butchers’ facilitating your shopping.
You can also find cafeterias, bars, as well as some taverns and restaurants. Besides the services, there are also many sights that make the region fascinating. Sights and regions of exceptional natural beauty, such as the Byzantine Castle of Gardiki built in the 14th century, the Paleolithic cave of Grava, the picturesque little country churches, the lake Korission that has been characterised as a biotope, and the historical monastery of Pantokratoras, with the exquisite view, which is located on the peak of the homonymous mountain. Finally, what characterises the area of Aghios Mattheos are the numerous, beautiful, clean beaches, where the visitor can relax, rest and enjoy the sun and the sea!

• A large bedroom with two single beds of 17 square metres, a wardrobe, satellite TV and air-conditioning.
• A W/C including a shower and a washing machine.
• A terrace of 45 square metres with a dining area and a spectacular view to the sea.
Second floor: • A 20-square-metre bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, satellite TV, air-conditioning, safe, an en-suite W/C bathroom with a Jacuzzi (for two people), an 11-square-metre terrace with a view to the sea.

Outdoor description: The Panoramic villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive trees and a variety of colourful flowers.
Outside the villa and very close to the exit lies a fully equipped BBQ area. There is also an area specially designed for small children on the one side of the garden. Around the private pool of 65 square metres there are sunbeds viewing the sea, as well as umbrellas to protect you from the sun. In the villa patio, just 20 metres away from the villa main entrance there is a private parking area which could accommodate up to four cars.

• Cleaning service is offered 3 times a week, but also whenever you wish, upon consultation with us.
• Among our services there also exist very good offers in case you want to rent a car from us. The car you will choose will be waiting for you at the airport at your arrival, along with a member of our staff.
• In case you do not want to rent a car, we will arrange for a taxi that will be waiting for you at the airport, which will take you to the lodgment you have chosen.
• At the beach of Paramonas you can find a pedalo, which is there exclusively for our clients and you are invited to use in order to enjoy stunning sea rides, but also in order to visit beaches that are not accessible by land.
• Pets are not allowed inside the lodgments.
• Extra beds are available, upon communication/consultation with us.
• At the beach of Paramonas, especially during the summer, a diving school offers lessons.

In case you want to spend your holidays in some of our villas, all you have to do is notify us immediately. We will inform you on the prices, as well as the availability. After agreeing, we will send you a receipt ratifying your reservation. You will return this receipt signed, along with a deposit of 30% of the agreed amount. The quittance of the sum will be done during your stay here, in whatever way you will chose.
