It is ideally located within a five minute walk from the village of Sinies where there is a supermarket, a couple of traditional village coffee shops and the local bakery. The resorts of Agios Stephanos, Kerasia, Agni and Kassiopi are just a short drive away, with their excdellent opportunities for shopping, eating out and entertainment. The holiday villa has a view to die for!

Notes: To one side of the house and just off the kitchen is a built-in BBQ and small shaded area. However, the main steps lead down to the swimming pool and sun terrace, well equipped and furnished for whiling away hours of pleasure swimming in the private pool or just catching up on some valuable family time together. Long enough to allow for a real swim, the pool is poised above a superb view.
This exceptional property stands amongst olive trees above the coastal road, with its own private driveway and car parking area. From the parking area a set of steps leads up to the main entrance - on the ground floor. Note: Conveniently located close to a road, Villa Anastasia may at times be subject to a certain amount of background noise. The owners have taken this into consideration and ensured that all windows are double-glazed. We must emphasise that in no way is the villa's privacy compromised - it cannot be overlooked.

Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: The separate bathroom, upstairs, lies at the front of the house between the two bedrooms, and is simply furnished. Bathroom 2: The second bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Bathroom 3: Next to the single bedroom downstairs is a large 'L' shaped bathroom with shower and WC, and also housing the washing machine. Bedrooms: Bedroom 2: The second bedroom (a twin), offers a modern en-suite shower room, and French doors opening onto a private sea facing balcony. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom (a twin) has French doors and patio to the rear and side of the property. Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom (a single) is on the ground floor, with French doors leading out onto a private patio area at the side of the property. Just off the lounge is the rather pretty, fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Breakfast can be enjoyed outside on the balcony taking in the view of the Corfu Channel with the ferry boats and cruise ships passing on their way to or from Italy and Corfu Town. Access is from the lounge via patio doors. The balconies enjoy both sun and shade and overlook heavenly views across lush trees. Lounge; The front entrance opens into the spacious lounge and dining area, decorated in attractive colours and very comfortable. The owners have taken great pride in restoring this house as it is also their home during the winter months - a fact that is reflected in the extra, homely touches. As you settle into the relaxing surroundings you will notice details like the red brick floor, well used open fireplace, generously sized sofas and satellite TV, all indicative of a house designed to be really lived in.
