Outside our apartment on Corfu: The extensive veranda complements the villa and stretches along the entire front and sides of the property - offering some of the finest views we have seen. Each room (except the bathroom) has French doors opening directly onto it.
It is worth noting that cars can be driven right up to the front door of the apartment, and inside everything is on one level, making this ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

The idyllic bay of Agni is a short walk through the olive groves. There is one path down, or you can walk via the road. It takes about 10 mins to walk down. Walking back up though is a different matter! - probably about 20 minutes, including the couple of short rests you may require. The path and road are not very well lit at night so a torch is recommended. Below the villa is St Arsenius Bay - a tiny bay of a startling shade of blue, with amazing rock formations showing the unbelievable force of Nature - rock twisted as if it were plasticine. Here in this fabulous setting - best visited by boat - is a tiny chapel. This bay was written about in a very poetic way by Lawrence Durrell.
