The villa is situated in an idyllic farm of 50000 m˛ in the outskirts of Vai-Psahna town – Evia Island, just 90 minutes drive from El.Venizelos – Athens airport.
Private, one storey villa with two levels (450 m˛). For the first level Interior comprising of an open kitchen, inner and outer dining area, spacious living room with a fire place and wc and a smaller living room. The second level comprising of three double bedrooms with their own wc/shower. Each double bedroom has a wooden upper lever with two single beds.
There is also a playroom with four double beds and a small living room.
here is one additional double bedroom, and a living room with its own wc/shower at the “castle type” guesthouse, which is apx 100 meters away from the main house that the proprietor occasionally uses.
The exterior comprises of an extensive grassland which is well decorated with exotic plants and palms, picturesque paths, an outdoors 100 m˛ swimming pool, Jacuzzi, beach volley and tennis court. The villa has its own horse back riding farm. Behind the house there is a BBQ place as well as an open parking area.

Possibility of visiting Halkida (vivid night life, famous fish tavernas, bars etc.)
