Access is either by car along a side road or by a charming flight of steps ascending to the villa through the shady forest near the road.
Spectacular views can be enjoyed from the villa as the whole of Kanapitsa Bay is spread below. You can see Evia, the island opposite, and the beautiful view at night with the bright lights sparkling over the bay is indescribable.
Two minutes away by car there's a local taverna offering traditional specialities, fresh fish, lobster and fine local wines - which you can enjoy either under the shade during the day, or even better - right on the sandy beach in the evening.
The villa is a perfect base for a group of friends or family who want to enjoy prime time together, exploring the island of Skiathos at their leisure.
The holiday villa is fully furnished in the old rural style, with all-white walls offering a cool retreat from the summer heat.
The property comprises two buildings, one independent studio and the other very close by houses the main living area, fully equipped kitchen and the other bedrooms. There's a lovely balcony which overlooks the bay, an idyllic spot to entertain now-found friends in the evening, or relax while enjoying the cool Meltemi breezes and the sound of the ubiquitous cicadas
