Guest house on Paros Island, Greece - On the picturesque island of Paros, at the marvellous bay of Nea Chrissie Akti (New Golden Beach), on the top of the hill Tserdakia lays the brand-new CAPTAIN’S ROCKS complex, only 100m far from the beach, offering 25 rooms and 10 suites (family rooms).
All the rooms provide private bath or douche, telephone, TV, Refrigerator, Air-conditioning, safe box. The most of the rooms faces the Aegean Sea, the near-by islands of Cyclades complex Naxos & Iraklia and the swimming pool. Only 4 rooms and 1 suite have Mountain/Garden View.

For a reservation being valid is required the 30% of the stay as a prepayment.
Guarantee by Credit Card or Bank transfer.
Cancellation/Guarantee Policies:
Hotel cancellation deadline: 15 days prior to check-in.
Detailed Description of cancellation policy:
If reservation is cancelled 1 month before check-in date there is a full refund of the prepayment.
If a reservation is cancelled 15 days before check-in, there is a 50% refund of the prepayment.
In case of a cancellation just 1 week before check-in date, there is no refund of the prepayment.
Non show guest: a full withdraw of the amount of the stay from the credit card of the client.
Early Check-out: If someone has to leave earlier from the confirmed check out date, there is a penalty of 50% for the rest days of the stay. EXCEPT if there is a serious health problem.
