Parking by the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, café 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station Ribnitz-Damgarten/West 40 km. Indoor swimming pool 2 km, sandy beach 300 m, tennis 3 km, golf course 25 km, riding stables 1 km. Please note: car essential. The photograph is a typical example. This holiday complex is unique in Zingst - all the apartment buildings have reed rooves and are nestled in woods, on the edge of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft national park. Hiking, walking and cycle paths from the house. Bike hire, 100-300 m. Sports beach (surfing, volleyball), 1.5 km. Zingst harbour, 4 km. Depending on the location of the houses, the Baltic Sea with sandy beach is only 200-500 m away.
Housing: 2-room apartment 58 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor: 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher) with radio and CD-player, exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Top floor: open living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and satellite-TV. Terrace furniture. Facilities: childrens highchair (extra). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The living/bedroom is open to the stairs. Small southerly balcony on the 1st floor.
