Gerlinde, a nicely furnished holiday home (around 40 m˛), is located in a rural and sunny area in the town of Freudenberg am Main in 'Badisches Unterfranken'. In the immediate area of the holiday home there are various sport and recreation possibilities such as bicycling, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and cross-country skiing. Nice walks in the nearby woods will allow for ultimate relaxation. In addition, a large outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace in the nearby recreation park is at your disposal. You can also choose from a number of excursions such as, for example, a visit to the cities of Würzburg, Heidelberg and Frankfurt am Main, or a visit to the 'Schloß Mespelbrunn' (a castle). Every other year there is a Medieval castle festival at the "Freudenburg" in Freudenberg. There is also another festival every other year on the lake which is located near the recreation park.
