Sandy beach 700 m. The garden is completely enclosed by walls. The owner lives in the neighbouring property, which is well separated.
Housing: 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels: living room with 1 sofa bed (90 cm), 1 double sofa bed (140 cm), stereo unit, exit to the garden. Kitchen-/living room 20 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table, exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings ceiling height 50 - 350 cm with skylight, with 1 double bed (140 cm). Gas heating. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. The beds of 80 cm are armchair beds. The washing machine and dryer are situated in a small building separated where there is also a shower and WC. It is possible to use a baby piano Baldwin which is situated in the owners house (reserved for qualified pianists).
