A very picturesque stone built cottage. originally the bakery of the seventeenth century farm which has been converted to provide a most attractive gîte. The nearest village, St-Clair-sur-Elle provides all the daily needs. St-Lô is only 6 miles away. The Farmhouse is within half an hour’s drive of the Normandy landing beaches and the beautiful historic city of Bayeux. Le Mont Saint-Michel, la Suisse Normande are all within easy reach. For the sports minded, there is tennis, cycling, golf and horse riding. The area is renowned for its sea and river fishing. There are also activity parks, zoological gardens, many châteaux and historical sites close by. The forest of Cerisy is only 10 minutes away.
