The newly built and free standing house is located on a closed property, outside of the small town of Eyragues, with olive trees, lavender bushes and other mediterranean plants in a quiet housing area. The house is furnished in provencale style. It is the ideal starting point for visiting the Alpilles region with its historical places.
The house with a floor space of approx. 150 sqm consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are the fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator incl. freezer, etc..., the large living/dining room with open fire place and access to the terrace with outside furniture. Separate toilet. Poolhouse with barbecue and toilet near the swimming pool.
On the first floor you find the three bedrooms: two with a double bed (160 cm wide) each and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet each.
