The free standing house is located on a closed property in a peaceful area of the city of Eyragues. Eyragues is situated in the Alpilles and approx. 6 km from St Rémy de Provence and 10 km from Avignon away. The Alpilles is a well known area for its curiosities such as Les Baux de Provence with its ruin, the windmill of Fontvielle and the little chapel Ste Sixte in Eygaličres.
The house with a floor space of approx. 150 m˛ consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped and modern kitchen, the living/dining room with open fire place and access to the covered terrace with outside furniture, the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower as well as access to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC.
