Cottage in Esparron-de-Verdon, Gard:
Comfortable country and semi-detached house (about 70 m˛ large) on a hill in the new part of the Verdon village of Esparron de Verdon with its castle from the 12th century. At the foot of the hill the Verdon river flows past in the direction of the lake of Ste Croix. From the terrace you have a nice view over the village rooftops and the surroundings.
The house is reached via a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The first room is the living-/dining room with fireplace. Furnished kitchen with refrigerator including freezer. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Washing machine. By means of a wooden staircase you can reach the first floor with a bedroom with one respectively two single beds. From this room you have a wonderful view over the old village and the church tower.
At the lower floor there is a second bedroom (reachable by an outside stair) with double bed, wash basin and WC.
