Spacious villa (150m2), new and luminous, built on 2 levels with private pool on 1500 m2 of landscape-terrain, situated in a patch of green, calm, 2 Km from the center of Bagnols-en-Forêt. Typical village from the Var-region between sea and mountains, full of history. From Bagnols, it takes only 20 km to reach Fréjus and Saint Raphaël and to access the beaches directly. Towards the West the Maures mountain-range stretches out and towards the East the mountains of Estérel. The Massif des Maures, extending as far as Hyères, harbours pine trees, cork-oaks and chestnut-trees. It is hardly frequented and offers beautiful walks. The coastline spreading at its feet from St Aygulf to St Tropez is punctuated by renowned sea-resorts (Port Grimaud, Ste Maxime) but also with 'calanques' (narrow coves), small bays and peaceful beaches nearby Issambres. Between St Raphaël and La Napoule, l'Estérel offers a natural design of great beauty. The contrast between bubbly coastlife and the solitude of the inland roads is extraordinary. The Corniche de l'Estérel along the coastline alternating tiny bays, narrow sandstrips and 'calanques' is really worth a detour.
