Tennis 1 km, golf course 10 km, riding stables 4 km. Direct access to the sandy beach. The house is situated in grounds of 2 hectares in natural state where F9250/102 is also situated, along with the keyholders house. Please note: the railway line linking Calvi-Ile Rousse passes near the entrance to the property (100 m).
Housing: 2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels, simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm). Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The terrace directly faces the beach.
