Shop, grocers 1 km, restaurant 800 m. Sandy beach 200 m, tennis 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Orcino sandy beach 200m, large beach 800 m.
Housing: 2-room semi-detached house 28 m2, simple furnishings: dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), open fireplace and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Nice view of the sea (Gulf of Sagone) and the mountains from the property.
