The cottage (50m2) nestles on its own plateau with breathtaking views across the river valley. Lake with sandy beach 3 km . To the rear is a large courtyard, overlooked by a small forest with a labyrinth of caves beneath. At the side there is a large mowed lawn with flower gardens, fruit trees and a bench for relaxing, and absorbing the view or watching the majestic sunsets. The area is extremely tranquil with many rare birds. The area is ideal for cyclists and walkers or those who just want to sit and dream over a glass of beautiful Anjou wine.
