This small Bourgignonne house(110m2) is situated in a small hamlet. The house is in a very calm spot, at the end of a dead-end road in a valley, surrounded by forests, fields and vineyards. It looks out onto a courtyard which is shared with the owners, but the access is totally independent and separated by a fence. You will be able to make magnificent walks, by foot or by bicycle. Several small paths and marked trails depart from the house. The house is a traditional stone construction with a veranda built of unstuccoed regional stone and an uncomparable view on the surrounding nature. River and fishing only 4 kms away and swimming in a lake on 20 kms distance, also many swimming pools in the area.
