A little Burgundian terrace-house, welcoming 4 persons, in a little hamlet. It is peacefully situated, at the end of a dead-end street, in a valley surrounded by forests, fields and vineyards. There are beautiful ways to discover the region, by bycicle or on foot. From the house, several little paths and roads depart. Marked-out roads and bycicles to rent in the area. The houses (Chals-71460-02 and Chals-71460-03) are both situated on the same grounds of ± 2000 m2. They are old houses built of stone, with an interior decorated in light shades. One of the houses is accessed by a flight of steps in front(The upstairs and downstairs floors each have a separate entrance) and the other is accessible from the back. River and fishing at 4 km. Swimming in the lake at more than 20km.
