It is situated on the border of Dinard and Richardais is 450 m from the beach, at the side of a coastal road leading to Dinard. For shared use: grounds 850 m2, lawn, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking. Shop 1.5 km, grocers, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 15 m. Indoor swimming pool 4 km, sandy beach 1 km, public bathing area 450 m, tennis 1.5 km, golf course 8 km.

Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath-room, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Entrance to the apartment is from the road side.
