New, modern house with 2 apartments, in the resort, in a central, sunny position, 200 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: patio. Parking at 50 m. Grocers, restaurant 20 m, sports harbour 200 m. Indoor swimming pool 100 m, chair lift 1 km. Marina Lipno, new holiday complex with yachting harbour for 150 boats, with indoor pool and small aqua park (closed from 1.11.05 - 30.11.05), golf course and chair-lift to ski centre Kramoliln (5 pistes, snowboard park with U-ramp, 50 km cross-country routes). Yacht, ski and scooter hire in town. There is a shop on the ground floor of the property (entrance from the street). 3rd class road 30 m from house. Garden, terrace and entrance to the apartment is at the rear of the building. If both apartments are rented together (T3827/10B and T3827/11B), the owner offers a 20% reduction for both bookings except at New Year.
