House with 2 apartments, above Ponikla, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position. For shared use: garden 800 m2, swimming pool round (3.0 m diameter depth 80 cm), patio. Grocers, shopping centre, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 50 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Seating area by the swimming pool (depth 80 cm, width 4 m) with sunbeds and parasols. Sandpits, childrens swings, balls. Parking for 3 cars in front of the property. Skiing: 500 m from the house is 900 m long piste (beginners).
