Private: grounds 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, depth 90 cm, 01.06.-30.09.), patio (4 m2), terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (sandpit). Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 500 m, railway station 800 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 10 km. The owner lives in adjacent house, on the property totaly separated from the clients. The dam Slapska prehrada with option of swimming, water sports, trip by steamboat, 20 km far. The valley of river Sazava is ideal for hiking and cycling or for sailing as well - Sailing and tourist center Biosport in Tynec nad Sazavou - which organize hiking trips, cycling and water trips for fanilies and small groups, renting of mountain bikes, canoes.The pool is open from 01.06 to 30.09.
Housing: 2-room house 50 m2, practical and nice furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, swedish stove, satellite-TV and radio. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only small pets accepted. Bedroom is through the lounge.
