Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Enclosed parking possible. For private use: lawn 1000 m2 with fireplace and trees (next to common garden). New, modern riding hall with large surrounding area for training purposes (for both horses and riders) and a possibility to stable horses (must notify in advance). 9-hole golf course in a historical park, part of mansion grounds of Stirin chateau.
Housing: 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, shower/WC, TV and gas heating. Kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 sofa bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Please note: only small pets accepted. Internet connection (extra). In a winter supplement for energy 600,-CZK/week.
