Private: grounds 300 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, patio, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). Uneven, narrow motor access to 400 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 2 km. Swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, tennis 4 km, riding stables 3 km, ice rink 13 km. Please note: car essential.
Housing: 3-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels, partly with sloping ceilings, practical and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room 18 m2, with satellite-TV, radio and warm air heating. Kitchenette in the entrance 9 m2 (4 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/WC. Wood heating, warm air heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Open gallery 9 m2, with 1 bed, exit to the loggia south-west facing position. Very nice view. Reserved parking, covered. Please note: only small pets accepted.
