The holiday house is situated in the small village of Moravsky Karlov which is located at the border between Northern Moravia and Eastern Bohemia. It is a place at the foot of the Orlicke hory (Eagle Mountains), near the town Červena Voda.
On the ground floor you will find a hall, a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and one room for kids.
The cottage has a big garden with garden furniture, open fire and a swimming pool (July and August).

Winter centre Cenkovice in Orlicke Mountains offers ideal skiing from December till March each year. Ski slopes from 400 till 1000 m long from easy as well as medium difficulty are daily maintained. The wide slopes are ideal for all kind of skiërs. In the winter centre there are also possibilities for night skiing and there is a snow park. Properties ski area:
