Both properties are brand new villas surrounded in landscaped gardens with a private pool. Each Villa is fully furnished and equipped. In living area can seat 6 people. There is a dinning area with wooden table and 8 chairs. There is a big TV. Kitchen has 4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The property is on two levels; 3 bedrooms on the top floor (one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms). All three bedrooms have sea view and connect through the large balcony. There are 3 bathrooms upstairs. The first floor has a large living/dining room and kitchen plus a separate bathroom. There is a large 4th bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning units are located in the living/dining room (big A/C) and one in each bedroom. The units do have cooling as well as heating facilities. The property will be cleaned before you arrive and after your departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. The villa has private off road parking. Linen and towels are provided.
